From Vision to Perfect Day!

STEP 01

Understanding the steps

Hiring a wedding florist typically involves several steps, from developing your vision to finalizing your floral contract and seeing it come to life. Preparing your budget and design vision early ensures you find a professional who can execute your style seamlessly. We are here to help.

STEP 02

Establish Your Vision & Budget

Gather inspiration: Have fun collecting images of bridal bouquets and color palettes on Pinterest or Instagram to share your unique style with us! Make a WISH LIST of your must-have arrangements: How many boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony altars, reception tables? Set a spending limit: It's super helpful to decide on your flower budget early on, which typically lands around 10% to 15% of your total wedding budget, sometimes more if flowers are important to your aesthetic.

STEP 03

Book a Consultation

Once you've submitted your inquiry and we confirm your date is available, we'd love to see a couple of bridal bouquet styles you're leaning toward! After that, we'll schedule a cozy phone or video chat, usually lasting about 15 to 45 minutes. This is such a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit better and ensure we're a perfect match for your special day!

STEP 04

The Quote

It will be such a pleasure putting together a personalized quote for you after our consultation! This will beautifully detail everything you're envisioning. Every florist brings their own unique touch and pricing to their craft, so each quote you receive will be different. If you find yourself weighing the options, we always love to suggest choosing the person you truly connected with the most—someone you'd genuinely love to sit down and grab lunch with!

STEP 05

The Agreement

We are so excited to work with you! To finalize everything, your upcoming agreement will cover all the key details for your big day, including your wedding date, venue address, delivery times, and a helpful substitution clause. It will also outline the payment schedule, confirming the initial non-refundable retainer fee and the final payment due date. If your wedding is more than 6 months away, we are happy to offer a no-interest payment plan to make things easier for you! Review the details on date changes, cancellations, and minimum order modifications. We want you to feel completely comfortable and happy with your decision, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

STEP 06

Relax & Truly Enjoy!

All of your wonderful planning is complete, and now it’s finally time to relax and truly enjoy your special day! The time will fly by, so please remember to get some restful sleep the night before, eat a good breakfast (and lunch if your wedding is later in the day), and just smile—you did it! After years as a wedding planner, photographer, and florist, Tina noticed that many couples struggled to express their unique love stories amidst traditional pressures. Inspired, she became a wedding officiant.

1) Names on Water Bottles: Your guests will just want a refreshing glass of water, so consider a lovely water station with glassware instead. It’s a budget-friendly and eco-conscious choice!

2) Champagne Toast: A big bubbly toast can get pricey with all the rentals. Let your guests raise their glasses with whatever drink they have in hand to keep it light and fun.
